If you are a Premium customer and have questions or concerns regarding the quality of your HD video, it's possible that the video player you are using may use different codecs, which could result in lower quality playback.
The videos we render are encoded at 5 Mbps, well over the minimum requirements. We render at a higher bit rate both for quality and for customers' archival needs. The color and quality can be verified by using the free VLC media player or the QuickTime player. We do not however recommend the Windows Media Player because their codecs saturate the colors and render a fuzzy appearance. Please note that YouTube also has a settings icon that can be changed as well to adjust viewing quality.
When you have a moment, we would suggest running through a test on one of the free players I mentioned above, so you can verify the actual quality.
