Exporting a video is the act of rendering your video into a form that can be removed from the Raw Shorts platform.
Currently your Raw Shorts video can be exported in two ways:
- Uploaded to YouTube
- Downloaded as an MP4 file
Each time a video is exported, an export credit is required. So, if you export the same video multiple times, you will need multiple export credits. Do not think of exporting a video as making a copy of it. It is best to export once, then make copies of the MP4 file you have exported. Think of exporting your video as creating a new finalized version. Each export is a new finalized video.
If you export your video by uploading it to YouTube, Raw Shorts will automatically post it to your channel. When export is complete, you will be able to view your video in your YouTube Video Manager.
If you export your video by downloading it as an MP4 file, Raw Shorts will send you an email when your video is ready with a link to download the file.
